Dear Member,
Renewals for 2022 are gong extremely well and we still retain a waiting list on certain categories. This is good news and allows us to build on the areas we feel are very important, “The Courses”.
On behalf the Directors, to all that work at Cottrell Park, we thank you for your loyalty as we continually endeavor to give you all a high-quality product to enjoy.
New Buggies: We are finally looking forward to receiving a further 6 new Lithium buggies, adding more to our fleet. These should be arriving soon.
Course Update: At last, weather that we can work with, and the grass is now consistently growing. Thank you for the feedback and this feedback drives us on.
4th Hole Button: This hole is now settling down and the new seed is coming through nicely. The fairway bunkers will be finished at the end of the season, so enjoy no penalties for now. We also appreciate some of our existing bunkers on the Courses need attention and we will be starting work topping up this week.
5 Ball Golf: Even though there is no official rule, Clubs can state or enforce local rules regarding 5 balls. The Committee and Company wish to make it clear that we will not permit 5 balls without exception here at Cottrell Park and thank you for your cooperation.
